iCubeLabs Inc. (“iCubeLabs”, “we”, “us”) operates Invoice Manager and tryinvoice.app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. By using our Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number (optional), and billing information. For business accounts, company name, address, and tax IDs.
Business Data
Invoices, client information, payment records, expenses, receipts, mileage logs, time tracking entries, inventory, and documents you upload. This data belongs to you — we only process it to power the Service.
Usage & Device Data
Pages viewed, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, device type, OS, and crash reports to help us improve the product.
Location Data
GPS data for mileage tracking, only with your explicit permission. Revocable at any time through device settings. Never sold or shared with third parties.
Payment Information
Processed by Apple (App Store) and our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.
How We Use Your Data

- Send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, account notifications)
- Respond to support requests and inquiries
- Improve and personalize the Service based on usage patterns

We will never sell your personal information or your business data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active. After account closure, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where legally required to retain it (e.g., financial records for up to 7 years in applicable jurisdictions).

We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
International Transfers
iCubeLabs Inc. is incorporated in Canada. Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect your data.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@tryinvoice.app and we will remove it immediately.
Policy Changes
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
